I did it! I did it!!

Note the new ticker up top. I passed my 10 pound goal and am closing in on 25. Yahoo!

I added a calcium/magnesium/zinc supplement to my regimen this week as well as the iron and flax seed. Holy moley! You never recognize how awful you feel until you start to feel better - I've noticed this before. Decreased levels of iron and zinc can both present as fatigue and lethargy. I don't know that adding them has contributed to my weight loss, but what I do know is that this week my appetite has been less, my cravings for sweets are minimal, and my energy is up, up up! Whatever's responsible, I'll take it!
