My Christmas Nesting Robin. It's not done, but the hand quilting is (and my fingers are too!) The center star still doesn't thrill me, I may have to do a little more quilting in there, but it's as done as it's going to get, for now. It needs a rinse and blocking before I bind it. I ended up doing that last border with an embroidery hoop so, while it isn't puckered, it needs a little coaxing back into square.And...

Forty five blocks for Amanda's quilt. Needs more red. MUCH more red. My favourite blocks? 2nd row, first from the left. That's the first block I made, and I love it! And top row, second from the right. It's red maple leaves on a white field, with a (I think) MacDonald tartan knot. It's my Canadian block (maple leaves everyone knows, Sir John A. MacDonald - first Prime Minister of Canada.)
