How many times do I have to find myself with a fist full of JUNK at 4 in the afternoon before I realize that I have to eat a substantial lunch?!
I had a migraine yesterday, and eating lunch was not a big priority. I had some breakfast, I took another naproxen with a cup of tea around 11 and started to feel a little better by about 2:30. I didn't have lunch. Around 4 I ate some croutons. Not a salad with some croutons, just croutons. Then I had a biscotti. Then I had another one. A big glass of water swelled all that starch, and at suppertime, I wasn't hungry again. 9:00 and I found myself with the munchies again. I stopped that runaway truck and had some grapes, another glass of water, and took a little time to chart my damage in Fitday. No serious harm done, but thank goodness for that One-A-Day; my food for the day, otherwise, was a nutritional dumpster.
