Gil Grissom, cute as he is, has nothing on you guys.

Yesterday's mystery is solved. Sisyrinchium montanum - Strict Blue Eyed Grass. It's native, though not common here, and nothing I've seen indicates it to be poisonous. In fact, Vicky, something I did come across suggests that a strong infusion of Sisyrinchium and vodka is a good remedy for rattlesnake bite, so I guess I could drink it. I don't believe rattlesnakes are a problem here, but maybe I'll keep the vodka close by. Just in case.
