And coming up on the outside,

It's Anna's "La Vie en Rose!" I'm going to do baskets, I think, pieced, with applique roses. I doubt I'll get to ANYthing before Wednesday, though - we'll be lucky to have clean towels and underwear. But who knows? The muse may grab me by the throat and insist I work on this NOW! (yeah, like THAT'll happen.)

Aren't the blocks loverly so far, though? What a prety feminine quilt. Hope I don't mess it up!

That is looking nice! I love the simple bg too.

You'll do fine, much better than my sore thumb row that sticks out and screams to be put on the back....

Nah, it'll be beautiful, just watch. Your row IS bold, but so is Anna's original contribution. My job is to make everything work. I think I can, I think I can, I think I can...

Karen, which is your row? I truely like each of them. Alexis

Well since I received hers next after she made it bold seemed the right way, then after me the pastels started.Curious to see if you can blend them both!

Alexis, mine is the trellis row with the striped background.

that is very pretty. Anna will surely love it.

I think climbing roses on a trellis is a perfect addition. Makes me think of old fashioned, country gardens and the dainty ladies who cared for them. :)
