So today's been a good day. The humidity finally broke - it was still 85º, but much more pleasant. I didn't even bother with the A/C. I recovered my little tabletop ironing board today - that *beautiful* floral stripe calico was exactly 75¢ and I used about 1/2 of the piece. I also recovered the seat of the green chair I sit in here at the computer (see that sleeping "beauty" shot from yesterday.) The fabric was still fine but the cording holding it on was shot. Box of staples, fixed 'er right up. I'm livin' large, lemme tell ya! ;o) Those stripe-y things on the cutting board (on my kitchen counter) are 43 of the 63 Rail Fence blocks for the baby quilt (#2 on my list) Amazing what bearable weather can do.
Anna's extra background fabric arrived in today's mail, so I got that last block finished, too. My row's the second from the bottom. I felt I needed to tie Karen's row in with the other more pastelly ones, and I do think I succeeded. Yeah me!

You're being SO productive and I'm positively in a fuddle. Just spinning my wheels!
You go girl!
OK OK, I'll stop procrastrinating and get to Denise's row today.....but it's Shannon's b-day and I need to get her something...which I should have done yesterday which was errand day.
Aw, Karen, it's only the 20th - you still have a week and a half. Celebrate with Shannon, ponder Denise's row, and get to it when you get to it. Birthday's are MUCH more important.
