clothesline - y/n? Yeah, 'cause I'm cheap, and dislike uncomfortable heat. Clothesline = a/c without making the bill go higher.
donuts - ever made them? No, but I'm REALLY good at eating them. My dad used to make doughnuts, every New Years Eve, until he got Alzheimer's and almost set the kitchen on fire.
everyday - one homemaking thing you do everyday? One? A-ha-ha-ha-ha! Laundry. Dishes. Laundry. Cook. Clean the kitchen. I think I'm going to have to go with laundry, Chuck.
freezer - do you have a separate deep freezer? Yep. Filled with Girl Scout cookies and 69 cent/pound chickens. And Stouffer's French Bread Pizzas.

handbook - y/n? There's a handbook?!
ironing - love it or hate it? Hate, passionately
junk drawer - where is it? They're ALL junk drawers. Technically, the one next to the towels.
kitchen - design and decorating? Uh, no. I do clean, that's all the decorating I'm capable of. The design was left to the professionals.
love - what is your favorite part of homemaking? Done is the best part.
mop - y/n? Yes. Is this not a weird question? Doesn't everyone mop?
nylons - wash them by hand or in the washer? If ya don't wear 'em, you don't hafta wash 'em. And if you DO wear them, you throw them away afterwards (or use them to tie up the tomato plants.
oven - do you use the window or open it to check? Ha! I look in the window, and if I'm not happy with that answer, I'll open the door, just in case, you know, the situation might have changed.
pizza - what do you put on yours? Olives, onions, green peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes
quiet - what do you do during the day when you get a quiet moment? I'm entitled to a quiet moment? I gotta get that handbook!
recipe card box You know I got one as a wedding shower present. Haven't seen it since. It's been 21 years, I think it's gone.
style of house Crap-attracting-kid-zoo wanna-be-Shaker 7 year old Colonial timber frame. White.
tablecloths and napkins - y/n? I *own* these things. That count?
under the kitchen sink cleaning supplies, empty grocery bags, garbage and recycling, maybe a small leak.
vacuum - how many times a week? 2? 3? 7? At least twice. Usually more
wash - how many loads do you do a week? Fingers, toes, fingers, toes... many.
x’es - do you keep a list of things to do and cross them off? I put things on my list that I've ALREADY done, just so I can cross them off.
yard - who does what? Scott cuts the grass, cuts down trees, cuts trails. Anything else, I do.
zzz’s - what is your last homemaking task for the day? Shut off lights, hang up towels. Sometimes I have to remake the bed, because I can't sleep in an unmade bed.
Gee, put it like that, maybe I *am* June Cleaver. Just a little.

Ok, I am SOO glad that I posted this.. I giggled myself silly reading your responses.
And the idea that you write down what you've already done?? Brilliant. I'm stealing that one!!
(darn, I'm gonna hafta move you to the every time they write catagory. I completely lost you in the whole other organization...)
Do you know how funny it would be if I did that meme?
I realized while reading yours that I only HAVE one drawer in my entire apartment! So no junk drawer. No window on the oven, no ironing board, no yard, a couple loads of laundry every two weeks.
Egads, I have the simple life for sure.
I wanna be you
Yeah, I can't picture you in a studio apartment in midtown Manhattan, even when I squeeze my eyes shut real hard.
You and I are like "Green Acres". I say..."New York is where I'd rather be"...you say "farm living is the life for me!"
