Almost Famous

At least in my tiny little corner of the world. Here's a link to Page 2! The newspaper headline made me giggle.

What a great article! Well written, informative, and fun. Congratulations all around. Too bad they didn't include a photo (of the quilt, not you).

The pic was in the paper, I just needed to wait for the paper to come in the mail so I could scan it.

Hi Dorothy,
That is a really nice article. Have you seen your quilt hanging yet? It's really exciting, and carries such an important message.

That's a great quilt and a great article. Something tells me that the quilt is going to be a diversion for a lot of women anxiously awaiting mammograms - and that's a good thing.

I'm very glad the results of your biopsy were positive.

Well-deserved recognition! (They should have included YOU in the photo, though.) It's a wonderful gift, Dorothy, as well as your usual fine work. To experience a mammogram and look up to see your delightful quilt can only bring smiles to a sober experience. A smile or a laugh is always the sweetest gift.
