If you could orchestrate your final meal:
What would it be?
A perfectly rare grass fed prime rib of beef, garlic mashed Idaho potatoes with real butter, just picked green beans steamed until tender crisp. For dessert angel food cake, fresh strawberries and real whip cream.
What would you drink with your meal?
Fresh brewed ice tea with the meal, a crisp South African pinot gris with dessert, and Kona Blue Mountain with real cream after.
Where would you enjoy this meal?
Outdoors in my yard, in late spring, 6:30pm, 72º
Would you prepare this meal yourself, or would someone cook for you? If someone else, who?
I'd cook it myself, serve myself, clean up after myself.

(depends on my mood)

Grilled cheese sandwiches with Cabot cheddar and honey oat bread. Heinz ketchup, Bick's baby dill pickles, Cape Cod Classic Potato Chips. For dessert - Blue Bunny Champ ice cream cones.
What would you drink with your meal?
Real coke (from Mexico) in glass bottles made with cane sugar. And vanilla milk shakes in the steel machine cup.

I hear ya girlfriend.
I'm gonna go looking for veggie recipes today, lol. I'm down 19 since Christmas and it's ALL I think about!
I'm blessedly able to get Mexican Cokes here, there is nothing like it.
Quiltingfitzy,
What are Mexican Cokes?
Sheri
Yeah, what do you mean Mexican Cokes? I love Orange Crush. Thankfully my local Wal-Mart carries it.
And rather than prime rib (or even a really good Omaha Steak) I would go for a Lobster Tail.
Sheri, K, Mexican Coke is just that, coke from Mexico. It's made with can sugar, rather than high fructose corn syrup and it tastes like Coke used to taste. You can by cane sugar coke in the US for passover too - it's kosher, but it only comes in 2 litre bottle (as far as I can find.) They've got a yellow top (but check the ingredients list to make sure.)
Jones Soda uses cane sugar too - it's just a better taste.
FYI - you can get "real" coke made with cane sugar before & during Passover at quite a few American grocery stores.
We get canned "real" coke in New York City... (BEFORE Passover)
