Up to my ears in flours

No, not a typo. I *wish* that was flowers, but it's not. Simon's got a Bake Sale/Tag Sale on Saturday, and Daniel's preschool is holding their Children's Fair at the same time. (You may have noticed the now-removed banner for the on-line auction.) Both occasions require baked goods, and hey! I like to bake! So my enthusiasm had it's way with my Kitchenaid.

Simon is easy - cookies, a trash bag full of redeemable soda cans, and a couple of grocery bags full of tag sale donations.
Daniel - well, there's a bake table ("Cookies, please, and could you make some cupcakes too?") and a Musical Cakes game (like musical chairs, but with numbered mats and the participant who lands on the selected number wins their choice of 25+ cakes)
Oatmeal CookiesDirt Cake with Tractor (there's a whole lotta 5 year old boys in this class)Pizza Cake with shredded white chocolate "cheese"

I'm writing this now, but will post it tomorrow when I've got pictures.

Okay. I'm back. The cupcakes still need frosting and sprinkles, but the rest is done. Whew!

Everything looks yummy! That's a LOT of baking all at once.

Dumb question: Do you have to adjust baking times/temps with those disposable baking pans? I'd love to use them for potlucks and such, but was a bit skeered I'd mess up the cakes somehow.

That tractor cake is too cute.

My goodness, you've been busy! I hope the temperatures haven't been hot where you are; that would make baking miserable.

As Calico said, the tractor cake is v. cute.

I'd be in BIG trouble if I lived at your house. I'd just have to sample everything to make sure it was O.K.

Hope your efforts raise lots of money for the kids.
