Punchy

I've spent the past hour or so cruising around the blog world, catching up with all the beautiful things everyone else is doing. I have nothing beautiful to share, because I've created nothing except piles of brush and many, many stumps. Tonight I'm tired, I'm REALLY tired actually, and strangely, looking for a fight. My reading of choice tonight started with those blogs that have a tendency to tick me off. Didn't work. I resisted the urge to make a cup of coffee and started reading some happier blogs, those that don't condescend or preach or push my buttons. I'm still tired, and I'm still a little punchy, but oh, the pretty pretty pictures. Thanks. :o) Let me share a few of my favourites.

Teri should, by all rights, be irritated, but she's starting over, and it looks great. And Amy's rooting through some UFOs - luscious! Renske's son just got married - mazel tov! (And don't you love the colour of that canola!? Dee appreciates her husband Roger, especially since he's not a 17 year old crack addict! Rian had a great game and a house cleaner. Lucky! Jessie (whose daughter, I just realized, was in Tori's Jump camp last week) has added 3 more chickens to the family. I think I envy her little farm more than Rian's house cleaner. If she got a cow, I think I'd have to move in.

Oh, and Tori found this t-shirt online. I think Fitzy's daughter Erika would get the reference. And enjoy it, a lot.

OH!! One more thing. Look over there-> Dana's giving away a quilt! A finished, beautiful quilt. Please consider not entering her draw, so that my chances improve. :o) Details, rules, and some pretty yummy looking skin care stuff are at Old Red Barn. Go. Now!

'night all. I'm heading upstairs before the punchy comes back.

The stumps and brush piles may not be particularly pretty, but the view is MUCH improved as a result. Relax for 10 minutes and enjoy it!

I am pretty sure our CC&Rs would not let me keep a cow. Luckily we can go to the store for milk, butter, and cheese.

Cute post--but I don't get the drift on the shirt.

Oh Dorothy, you were looking for a fight and I let you down! I've given up. I just send my political complaints to my congresswoman and senators. They deserve the aggravation! :)
By the way, I mailed a package to you yesterday.
