Not yet, but it's coming. The rain is passing, it appears, and I'll get back to the garden when the waters subside. Until then, I'm sewing!! I've finished the piecing on the swap mini. It's a little bigger than I'd planned - 10 1/2" square, but that has nothing to do with my piecing and everything to do with my inability to count beyond ten without taking my shoes off. No pics :o( at least not yet. If I get it layered and some of the quilting done, I'll post a picture of something on Sunday.
As I was stitching and trimming and pressing I thought back to how much I managed to accomplish earlier this year with Amy's Quilt Every Day challenge. Maybe I need to challenge myself to just do it, special month or not. I need that kind of discipline, I think. Maybe I need a clean the basement every day challenge, too...

I am convinced that if we added up all of the things we're supposed to do - exercise, brushing teeth, changing oil, changing the filters in our furnices - it would add up to more than 24 hours per day. There are just so many things lurking out there, waiting to eat up our time.
The Quilt Every Day challenge sounds like it's been good as far as defining prioritiies. I am one of many who should do something similar.
