Last weekNeedleworkLouise quilt - Not quite, but getting there
Outsideplant bulbs Wow, a low expectations week, and I still didn't manage to cross everything off. This working for a living sucks! ;o)
Beauty and the Beast was great fun. Funny how you never see all the talent in kids you've known since they were in second grade. One of Tori's classmates was The Beast - who knew Will could sing like that? In front of 4 sold out crowds?! Under this -> is where Tori has spent most of the past week. Sorry for the icky pic, but I needed to use a long exposure with only my knee for a tripod. Being the only girl on the sound/light crew meant she had to stay right up close to the action for mic issues and battery swaps on the female characters (they wear their sound equipment under their skirts.) She also flipped the switch on the fog machine and was in charge of the electronic petal-dropping rose. She had her homework under there with her. ;o)
Today I'm going to the local guild's quilt show at Shelburne Farms. It's a small show, with very little that's new and exciting, but it's a fun afternoon out. The scenery getting there is just as inspiring - I'll take some pics. This week

Enjoy the quilt show! (Will there be photos? I hope so.) I'm so glad the play went well.
Any time you feel unproductive, just visualize the pile of unshredded brush in my back yard or the tools in my kitchen. Then click your heels three times and say "I'm more productive than Tanya. I'm more productive than Tanya ..."
Ah, the "theatar." Your daughter will have good memories about it. I do.
