Close, but no cucumber

Everything but the cucumbers got in the ground before the rain came yesterday. It's dry this morning though, and if the clouds hold back, I'll get that done too and whew! Be done with it. Spinach, lettuce, carrots, red and yellow onions, cantaloupe, green, banana, and jalapeno peppers, cherry and beefsteak tomatoes, corn, pumpkins, zucchini, butternut squash, green and lima beans.

The boys got the tent up in the yard, too - it's a monster that they can hide out in when it's too hot (girly, parental, boring) in the house. And Simon lined himself up some employment which means, with Tori working too, *sob* my cooks are otherwise engaged for the next few months. Maybe one of them will make dinner once in a while just to be nice. Daniel did make ravioli and garlic bread last night...

I didn't get a stitch sewed before Simon wandered downstairs yesterday, but got the center taken out of two more blocks. If I can get him out into the tent for a few hours today... Brilliant!
