There is... drumroll please... a pound and a half less of me than there was this time last week! Wa-hoo! This week I tried on that linen suit I mentioned a few weeks ago, the one with the tags still attached, and it doesn't in any way fit, yet, BUT, I could zip the top. Oh, the anticipation of new old clothes! And the picture? Toes for Barbara, grout for Rian.

What else... I *did* get the 99 bowties done - I'll assemble the top this week, maybe. I've got a few other commitments to deal with first. I owe Marcia a test block, and I want to get the binding attached to the Christmas quilt so I can put it away.
I also got Tori's scarf done. Well, done-ish. The knitting's done, I need to weave in the ends and block it. She likes it. I'm glad.

WOO-HOO Dorothy, you GO GIRL!!!
Funny, I wear make-up, (VERY little) but would NEVER paint my toes! lol
Hmmm, maybe it's cuz I could never reach them!!
I've never not been able to touch my toes. Even hugely pregnant with Tori, I painted my toes the day before she was born. Like ANYone even noticed!
This particular colour is my most favourite - it's called "Wish Upon a Star" and I think I have 3 or four bottles. I've rec'd more compliments about it than any other (even when I paint them BLUE!) The sandals are Merrills, they always get people's attention too (though this is a much more sedate colour than I normally buy.)
Cute toes!
Silly, the dark grout was for you! The toes were for Barbara. ;o) But thanks. I like 'em.
