OMG, I didn't realize you couldn't vote. I knew you were from Canada--just hadn't thought that far ahead, because I know how important politics is (are?) to you. I voted twice, so it all evened out. (Just KIDdin' as my kids say.) This is the first time in 6 years that I have felt anything other than doomed by election results. It's a great day to be an American! This day has been a long time coming.

I voted absentee, but my mom said she saw my name on the precinct list - guess I really could have voted twice.

Dorothy, your day is coming. I love voting. When I moved this summer, one of the first things I did was register to vote in the new precinct. I only moved 7 miles, but I am in a different school board post and different state legislature zones.

I am with Jane Ann on this election. I actually feel good about the results as a whole.

2009, INS willinng, will be our first year to vote. We'll miss the 2008 presidential election but I trust you all to choose correctly. ;o) Voting is such an empowering thing, I can't wait!

I woke up smiling Wednesday morning. I'd have voted for the other guy for governor, but otherwise, my candidates all came out on top. Yeah!
