Hey, cool!
Sometime yesterday evening, probably just after 9 pm, I hit 10,000 visitors. Cool beans! And thanks! Anyone want to take credit for it? I know there are probably ways of figuring out where you were referred from, or something, but I have no idea what those ways are, so, meh, I'll take your word for it. Pipe if it you want to claim the prize, email me your address and I'll send you a wee giftee. ::mwah!:: You like me! You really like me!!! (or you think I'm a total whack job and show up occasionally to watch the train wreck.) Whatever, thanks for coming. :o)

Everytime someone clicks on your blogpage, your counter marks it. A comment doesn't have to be made just a look. I am sure you already knew that!
I did know that, Debra - there's no way I've got anything close to even ONE thousand comments. I know there are ways of tracking how someone arrived at a particular site, and seeing just what IP addresses visit, but the details of those efforts require more brain-fuel than I care to burn. So if everyone wants to claim the title of The Great Ten Thousandth, well, hey, who am I to say you aren't? Giftees for everyone!
If you click on your Site Meter you can get some info...but the style I have gives me the count of actual visitors making the specific "pin-down" a breeze.

I just decided to look at the detailed summary from my site meter. I had never looked at it before and rarely even look at my site numbers--WOW! what an interesting bit of information. If yours is as detailed as mine, I think you could track your 1000 visitor--like you had that kind of time. . . .
