On the ninth day of Christmas, that slavedriver Debra gave to me
Nine watery hours
Eight affirmations
Seven empty dishes
Six hours of snow
Five o'clock!
Four good ideas
Three feet of knitting
Two bags of trash
and a headlamp so I can see!
Debra, provider of all useful information and really mean challenges, decreed that we (those of us with a few pounds to drop) should follow the 1 oz water / kilo body weight / day. Aye! I tracked down a 3 litre Poland Springs bottle, and between 9 am and 6 pm I drained it. That is, I drained it between bathroom visits! Same thing tomorrow, and the next day. And so on. And so on. And so on...
No picture, I couldn't decide whether to feature the empty bottle or the interior of the powder room.

Hey and you will burn calories running back and forth from the Powder Room!! Good job!
PS I am going to go see what linens I left behind and if she put more out this weekend.....I will see what I can score for you!
Dorothy,
You lead a rich and full life. You enjoy food and your interesting family. Thanks for sharing such fun stuff with us all.
But, now is the time to stop worrying about your weight! You look fine to me.
I think you are too hard on yourself. My mother was a beautiful woman. She was not slim; she had curves where a woman should have curves. You can see a picture of her on my blog: http://winnowings.blogspot.com
She never went on a diet and was always lovely and lively.
LOL! Well, if you must blame someone, blame me!
