Here's what's done so far. The scrappy sashing on Maureen's really suits her personality, i think. Alice is more of a traditional red white and blue gal.
I'm giving them an hour a day. If they get more, they get more. And if they get less, I'm not going to worry about it.

Great idea~then they either grow to be a wallhanging, a lap quilt, or small throw! While I love the wild sashings, I'm the RW&B gal too.
