This is what a sick day'll get you

Sorry it's fuzzy - I was perched on a kitchen stool leaning over the counter trying to get a straight-ish shot. So that's 12 of the final 20 done. I should shoot for 4 tomorrow and 4 Sunday, but realistically, I bet I do them all tomorrow. Or all Sunday. There's something about leaving such a small number as four that just doesn't sit comfortably with me.

Oops. Tomorrow's only Friday.

And this is what a little bit of forever looks like. I've been sewing leader / ender squares together, then sewing them (still as leaders / enders) into itty 4 patches. When the bag's full, I'll assemble the 4s into 16 patches and put 'em in a box.

Daniel's feeling a little better today, though he did spend most of daylight on the floor with PBS. Two and a half Sesame Streets we watched today, brought to you by the letters W, P, and S, and the numbers 15, 3, and 8. And The Emperer's New Groove (David Spade is JUST as annoying as an animated llama. Who'd a thunk?)

Catching up on posts! I hope Daniel is all well today and enjoying the snow. (Or at least looking at it through the window.)

Your leader/ender square quilt is a good idea. I think I saw this recommended as a technique for starting seams or something?
