It's winter!

We've had more than 20 inches of snow - time to hibernate, I say. Oatmeal for breakfast, chili for supper, and yum! Pancakes for lunch. Cute Boyfriend, home from preschool because of the snow, had chocolate chip. I had cranberries and walnuts, thank you very much. With, of course, real Vermont Maple syrup. And a steaming mug of tea. Fortifications to go back out and plow. Again.

Oh, yum! And I'll bet you can eat as many as you want, because simply looking at the snow and ice is bound to burn off about 5,000 calories.

If you will cook, you can come and enjoy our temps. It's ONLY fair.

Wouldn't we have a fun time?!

Oh brother! The breakfast looks great, but not great enough to balance out 20 inches of snow. I'm laughing here because this morning I read your blog right after reading someone from Texas, where the horses are sunning themselves in the warmth and the geckos are out. I'm glad I'm in the middle!!
