Just can't stand it

Is there a name for this? I'm developing this intolerance for things that need to be done, but aren't. I mean, you'll never finish if you don't start, right? Last summer it was the front walk - I just couldn't stand the gravel and weeds one second longer. Last week it was that ripple in the carpet. That was a breeze compared to today's project. It's not just a one day adventure, this will take weeks, I think. The first picture isn't really a before, there wasn't really time for a before pic when I needed to start. Bug spray, loppers, gloves and my old sneakers. No need for sunscreen, it was pretty shady. This is what's beside the scrub we cleared today.




This, however really is an after shot. Almost makes you want to set up the tent and cook over a Coleman stove, doesn't it. No, me either. But it does look better. And I can see my garden now!
