Turkey Tuesday

It's what's for dinner. (Thursday, not today) Why do we post our Thanksgiving menus on our blogs? Are we showing off? Looking for inspiration, or looking to offer it? If that's what you're after, sorry folks, move along. Nothing inspiring here.

Roast Turkey with Bacon and Sage dressing
Mashed potatoes
Tiny peas
Cranberry Orange relish
Butt Rolls
Pumpkin Dump Cake
Cheesecake Tarts

So, shopping list:
Bacon
LeSueur peas
orange juice
15 lb turkey
cream cheese
foil cupcake liners
Wine - maybe something Spanish or S. African.

Everything else I have, I think, though I'm sure there will be a panicked last minute trip to the grocery store. Wouldn't be a holiday without it!

The fridge got cleaned on Sunday, so there should actually be room for food in there. barring that, I'll open the window in the nudroom and use the "big fridge." Food storage, especially with teenagers, is only temporary anyway.
