Well, there it is.

Bah. 19 pounds by the end of March. I should have made it a choo-choo... I think I can, I think I can, I think I can, I think I can...

My goal for this week, move more, drink more (water), eat less, weigh less.

I got a pedometer for Christmas, but I think I threw away the instructions. Oops, guess I'll have to see if they're available online. 10,000 steps is the goal, right? I've seen that program, it came back to mind when I got the pedo. I have no clue how many steps I take in a day, feels like a million, probably closer to 2 or 3 thousand. Now's the time to figure it out, I guess.
