Not so much to show for this week. I did piles of laundry, but no one needs to see that. I cleaned the spiderwebs from the top corners of the front hall, but no one wants to see that either. I cut down some more trees, mostly scrubby little ones, a couple of bigger ones that pushed the outside limit if my reciprocating saw. Think carving a turkey with a Swiss Army Knife. Sure you *can* do it, but there really are better choices. The trunks will make nice s'more inducing campfire wood next summer, and the branches and leaves will contribute nicely to my ongoing Fill the Ravine project.

I once again did not build the new raised beds. We had rain on and off much of the week, and the mosquitoes are still legion. At this stage I'm ready to sacrifice the remaining tomatoes for a bloodsucker killing frost.
My mother turned 75 in August, and my younger brother and sister are throwing her a birthday party next Saturday. I've got some driving to do next weekend, I guess...

My but you've been busy. Nice to see the autumn leaves--no such thing out here on the west coast.
Perhaps if we all started listing things like all the loads of laundry we do our accomplishment lists would seem that much more impressive...
