Mmmmmm, pancakes

Daniel and I rolled out of here early this morning for a trip up the road to Dakin Farm. The new crop is in - maple syrup!




Dakin Farm is a commercial operation, no horse drawn wagons and tin buckets here. But it's just as cool to see how it's done, and the syrup is just as good. Plus, there's bacon. ;o)
